50 an hour Sales Associate Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately - Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales events - Stock shelves and merchandise displays - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Experience in technical sales or the ability to quickly learn technical product information - Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and discounts - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Proficient in using a POS system for processing transactions and managing inventory - Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or phone orders - Cash handling experience with accuracy and attention to detail - Previous experience in jewelry sales is a plus We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
