Duties - Perform a variety of skilled labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor in the rigging field - Operate and maintain various tools and equipment necessary for the job - Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment - Assist with construction projects, including but not limited to, demolition, excavation, and concrete work - Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and construction plans - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in skilled labor or construction preferred - Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks - Basic knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Note:
