Summary:
This position is responsible for coordinating group arrivals/departures, airport shuttle and tour and event transfers.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
includes but not limited to:
Provides quotes for individual and group travel Generates reports of all associated expenses Evaluates revenues and expenses and recommends improvements Prepares travel manifests, books equipment, confirms reservations and coordinates all changes and provides a detailed summary for each travel group Assists with coordinating greeter efforts at the airports for group arrivals Tracks all generated revenue through the Micros system Dispatches all limousine requests through in house cars or outside vendors Documents all requests in appropriate computer software Coordinates multiple transit endeavors to ensure superior guest service Verifies and tracks all flight arrivals to ensure precise time of guest arrival Assists guests in changing current reservations and offering various services available Secondary Duties and

Performs command center functions Assists with limo dispatch operations, as needed Assists guests with directions and property information, as needed Informs management of guest service issues Minimum Education and
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent One year of general clerical experience in a high volume, complex casino environment Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable through the company carrier Previous limousine and dispatching experience, preferred Competencies:
Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook Training Requirements:
Knowledge of Arts, Livery Coach, Micros and any other software system used by the department Physical Demands and Work Environment:
