Jabez Financial, LLC Jabez Financial, LLC Uncasville, CT Uncasville, CT Part-time Part-time $17 - $22 an hour $17 - $22 an hour 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago Duties - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Greet and assist visitors, providing them with necessary information - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and physical records - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and taking minutes - Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Skills - Experience working in a professional office is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in computerized systems, including data entry and using software such as Word and Excel - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion - Knowledge of front desk operations and customer service principles - Familiarity with office management tasks, such as filing and record keeping Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or skills required for the position.
