Summary:
This position is responsible for one or more various projects that will tend to be from medium to moderately high in complexity. Responsible for assembling project teams with the required skill-sets, leading the team, facilitating meetings, assigning individual responsibilities to individual team-members, identifying appropriate resources needed and developing schedules to insure timely completion of project. Accurately defines the scope of the projects and provides detailed estimates of labor and resources to accomplish the project to IT executives and Project Sponsors. Follows a pre-defined methodology and process and performs impact analysis when material changes need to be made to the project plan. Monitors the progress of those projects for which they are responsible and ensures that resource hours, financial budget and duration do not exceed agreed upon thresholds.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
includes but not limited to:
Develops project plans to a prescribed standard and in a software tool defined by IT management Assists in the resource and financial budget estimation process for potential information technology projects Measures the progress of the project(s) by monitoring resource hours and financial budget against the base-lined project plan Communicates with business sponsors and IT executives, functional area managers and/or consultants regarding status of specific projects Generates weekly and monthly project status reports to a prescribed format and standard as defined by the Project Management Office Negotiates contracts under the supervision of IT executives and Legal Facilitates the development and quality control of all projects deliverables as defined by Mohegan Sun Information Technology Project and Portfolio Management Methodology Performs post-implementation reviews of assigned projects and chronicles key lessons-learned and key planned vs. actual performance metrics Performs risk management analysis on assigned projects and develops a comprehensive mitigation plan for identified risks Escalates issues that will have a material impact on the success of the project to direct supervisor in a timely manner Identifies resource constraints that will have a material impact on the negotiated completion of assigned projects and recommends alternatives and/or trade-offs Secondary Duties and

Responsible for enforcing the privacy rules pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) as applicable to Mohegan Sun Competencies:
Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
Development of comprehensive project plans using the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in the project schedule tool selected by the Project Management Office (PMO) Estimate duration and effort for project tasks with the aid of functional managers and technical leads. Project risk identification and mitigation Ability to base-line a project plan, identify the project's critical path and monitor the project plan once base-lined Project Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis Measurement of critical project metrics (e.g. budget, resource hours, critical milestone dates) Excellent written and oral communication Thorough understanding of the Mohegan Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) as it relates to employment Training Requirements:
Knowledge of Mohegan Sun corporate and department policies and procedures Appropriate regulations that pertain to Mohegan Sun information systems Mohegan Sun IS project management process and methodology Purchase request review and approval with enterprise supply-chain management application Mohegan Sun budget planning and analysis process and procedures Project estimation process and guidelines Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Qualifications:
Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field, and six years of progressive Information Technology work experience Two years managing low complexity information systems projects (budgets between $100K and $250K and resource hours between 200 and 1,000 hours) Requires a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued from the Project Management Institute (PMI) Demonstrated knowledge of at least one project portfolio management tool (e.g. MS Project Server) Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Obtain and maintain at least one or more applicable gaming licenses in multiple jurisdictions OR Associates Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field, ten years of progressive Information Technology work experience Two years managing low complexity information systems projects (budgets between $100K and $250K and resource hours between 200 and 1,000 hours) Requires a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued from the Project Management Institute (PMI) Demonstrated knowledge of at least one project portfolio management tool (e.g. MS Project Server) Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Obtain and maintain at least one or more applicable gaming licenses in multiple jurisdictions
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
