Summary:
This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining Mohegan Sun's corporate standards for the successful integration of Delphi related business processes within Sales, Catering/Conference Services, Revenue Management and other related disciplines at the property level.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
includes but not limited to:
Conducts routine data audits to ensure Mohegan Sun's scheme standards, application values, and data integrity standards are maintainedContinually energizes and communicates corporate application standards to property usersServes as a resource for Delphi-based report requestsCommunicates hotel needs/requests to Director of SalesTracks and compiles individual manager performance and backlog reportsProvides first line support to property Delphi usersCommunicates, tracks and escalates all system issues with corporate Delphi Support if necessaryEnsures system issues are resolved in a timely mannerWorks with property IT Managers to ensure performance and network issues are tracked and communicatedEnsures the operating standards established by Mohegan Sun are implemented and escalates exceptions to Director of SalesProvides subject matter expertise to analyze situations in which Delphi is used and make appropriate recommendations relating to effective useIdentifies and communicates property best practicesProvides updates to menu development, pricing, function diary, and GRCMaintains and updates any merge documents in the system to include, but not limited to contracts, BEO's, and report fieldsAdministers training modules for upgrades, enhancements and new business processesOversees new user orientation and training and communicates completion to Director of SalesDevelops local presentations and tools to continually enhance the skills and effectiveness of Delphi usersAssists in capturing measurements to determine property compliance with training requirementsPlaces office supply orders and verifies delivery, while setting up and maintaining procedures for invoices, purchase orders, checks and expense reportsSorts and distributes office mailHandles incoming phone callsSchedules meetings and makes hotel reservationsPrepares correspondence, documents, records, etc.

Builds effective relationships with internal and external groups to achieve revenue and operational goalsAssists and supports within sales/planning process will be assigned by the Director of Sales in alignment with the property needs as it relates to Hotel Sales Arranges for documents to be archived and/or retrieved from Records RetentionCompetencies:

Minimum Education and
Qualifications:
Bachelors' Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related fieldTwo years of experience working for a Hotel or Convention Sales teamThree years of general office experienceProficient knowledge of Word, Excel and OutlookProficient knowledge working in Excel Pivot TablesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and multi-tasking skillsExcellent presentation skillsUnderstanding of Delphi FDC, Salesforce, Meeting Broker and LMSTechnically proficient; readily able to understand and learn new technologiesIn lieu of a degree and previously mentioned 5 years of experience working for a Hotel or Convention Sales teamMohegan Sun practices Native American Preference.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
