Summary:
This position is responsible for deep cleaning of the service bar areas, including drains and walls in accordance with established department policies and procedures.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
includes but not limited to:
Performs deep cleaning of service bar areas, including drains and wallsCollects and redistributes glassware in a timely, organized fashionRetrieves requisitions ensuring proper documentation and bottle returns for requisitions and transfersSecondary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintains glassware par levelsResponsible for keeping bars stocked with supplies including liquor, beer and glasswareReceives, fills and delivers stock orders and requisitionsMaintains cleanliness of outlet rooms (bussing tables, bar area, etc.
)Competencies:
Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
Good written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of deep cleaning and power washing techniquesBasic knowledge and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) facts about applicable chemicalsGood knowledge of all legal beverage service guidelines and state liquor laws including proper identification, refusal of service and shutoff proceduresThorough knowledge of ice handling procedures as well as health and sanitation guidelinesTraining Requirements:
Understanding of health and sanitation guidelinesSMART alcohol awarenessPhysical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Minimum Education and
Qualifications:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
