Summary:
This position is responsible for validating guest tickets upon entry to an event, offering venue information and guiding guests to their seats.
Primary Duties and

Scans guest tickets upon entry to an event and guides guests to their seatsCollects and validates patron tickets to eventsProvides information to patrons about the venueSecondary Duties and

Addresses patron complaints and issues or refers them to a Shift Manager, as neededAssists in maintaining a safe and secure patron experience according to department policies and proceduresMinimum Education and
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferredMust be able to communicate effectively in EnglishCompetencies:
Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
Good verbal communication skillsKnowledge of the Arena and the property layoutAbility to work as part of the event staff teamTraining Requirements:
Knowledge of the Casino property and it's offeringsKnowledge of the Arena's emergency evacuation planPhysical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be able to stand, walk and climb stairs for extended periods of timeMust be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptionsMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hoursThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
