- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system (Point of Sale) - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere Skills:
- Experience in the food industry or catering is preferred - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change - Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus - Knowledge of restaurant operations and food handling procedures - Exceptional hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and skills.
